I do not know what the film's distributor's have planned. I guess we'll all just have to watch and wait for more information. When it comes out, I don't know. Richard did do a video for the Mad World remake. Who knows if it will ever see the light of day on MTV or VH-1. INXS - Never Tear Us Apart The final cut has The Killing Moon by Echo and the Bunnymen instead. The music in the trailer is Michael Andrews' original score from the film. Richard Kelly says: "[T]he cover of 'Mad World' is performed by Gary Jules and Michael Andrews. Michael Andrews is the composer of the score for 'Donnie Darko'. " The film will be released in the US by Newmarket on October 26, 2001. I think it's called Darko Productions, and is somewhere in the LA area. I would assume so, since they have at least a month before most universities will begin classes again. Filming on a drama that doesn't have a whole lot of special effects generally doesn't take too long. It can be done in less than a month, if necessary. So far, not much is known about Alex' role, other than that he bullies the titular character, who just happens to have a 'love interest.' NO. |
